Doors, seats, and the first face a stranger sees. The single most useful thing an unqualified person can do well.
Serve
Nobody here started out qualified.
Around twenty-five pastors and a long list of volunteers carry four services every Sunday, and six when the crowd needs it. Almost all of them began by turning up and asking what needed doing.
Serving is how most people here stopped being visitors.
It is difficult to feel part of a church of this size from a seat. It is almost impossible not to feel part of it once you are on a team, because a team notices when you are missing.
So this is not a staffing request dressed up as an invitation. It is the honest route in. You will also get to see the parts of a Sunday that nobody photographs.

Start with how you are already made.
You do not need to find a calling first. Most people work it out afterwards.
If you are good with children
Junior Church
Ages 0 to 12, half an hour before each service. Needs patient adults far more than it needs talented ones.

Worship and technical
Band, vocals, sound, lights, screens, and the livestream. The technical side is always shorter of people than the stage is.

Intercessory prayer
Praying before the doors open and after the last person leaves. No platform, no audience, and the team that holds the rest up.

Outreach
Feeding programmes, medical missions, and the ordinary logistics of getting help to a barangay. Food packs do not move themselves.

Small groups, follow-up, and staying with someone through the months after a decision. Mrs. Bishop Ruth Cubos oversees this work.
About the leadershipHow it actually starts
Three steps, and none of them is a form.
- One. Come twice
- Attend a couple of services first. It is difficult to serve a church you have not yet met, and we are in no hurry.
- Two. Say so
- Tell a pastor or usher on a Sunday, or message us during the week. Say roughly what you are like and what you can spare. That is the whole conversation.
- Three. Try it
- You will be put alongside someone already doing it, for a few weeks, before anyone asks you to commit. If it is not the right team you can say so without it being awkward.
